Financial Services/ Business Manager

Responsibilities

  • Ensure full compliance with all laws, regulations, and policies (both dealership and manufacturer)
  • Utilize menu selling software to present every product to every customer every time. Old-school high pressure sales techniques are prohibited at Sentry, so if that is your approach, please do not waste time applying; we simply want to ensure that optional products such as extended service plans are presented to all customers with full disclosure of coverage choices.
  • Assist in overseeing delivery process to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with sales and office staff in a cooperative and professional manner.
  • Make sure all paperwork is completed properly the first time.

Automotive Service Advisor Trainee

Responsibilities  

  • Assist customers in servicing, repairing and explaining each service needed
  • Understand customer; match requirements and concerns to various service options
  • Explain service being performed and keep customer informed and updated throughout the service of their vehicle
  • Stay up to date on new products, features, accessories and attending product training as required
  • Maintain a service customer follow up system that supports repeat and referral business and contributes to customer happiness
  • Maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by handling customer complaints immediately and appropriately

Qualifications

Lot Attendant/Porter
Sentry West Lincoln Mazda / Shrewsbury, MA / Full Time

Responsibilities  

  • Maintain inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary.
  • Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
  • Keep lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
  • Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
  • Make key tags for and handle inventory of vehicles.
  • Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Automotive Appearance Detailer

Responsibilities  

Sentry West seeks a hard-working, hands on, detail oriented person to fill a position as an Automotive Appearance Detailer.

Qualifications    

Ability to buff, wet-sand, detail, dress tires, and shampoo interiors is preferred, but we will consider a good candidate who might need to learn some of those skills, Top compensation for the right individual.

Service Technician
Sentry Ford Lincoln  /  Medford, MA  /  Full Time

Responsibilities  

  • Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership.
  • Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
  • Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications    

  • 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent, ASE Certification required
  • B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair
  • Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
  • Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
  • Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively
  • Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
